Yes right I don’t want even continue relationship but point is need find him at least sign divorce even and want kick him out of country as he entered without informing me and did not contact after here in Canada . What is point !!!

I have a feeling that if you go through a lawyer they have ways of finding ppl in order to get them to sign things. I could be wrong but definitely worth the conversation. I figure it’s kind of like father’s who refuse to pay child support and somehow the courts track them down and order them to pay. There’s a way for people to be found. On another note, is it really worth the effort to try and get him deported? If he has landed and isn’t asking you to support him, wouldn’t it be best to just cut your losses and move on. That’s time wasted, when you could be focusing on you and moving your life forward. Wishing you so much happiness.

Hello friends, need help as all of you already send the fule.
I am applying for family sponsorship for my spouse and son. I have gathered all documents. Should i attach all document in one file in a professional manner? Is it allowed to make a set of separate of documents, label them, put them in a separate packets and then file them.

Please suggest as how should i send it

I believe they have instructions on how you should organize your paperwork. I sent all of my documents as one huge file and organized the paperwork just like the instructed. Check out the CIC website to determine how your documents should be organized.

Is anyone else experiencing delay in file transfer or awaiting biometrics request? It has been six months now since my application was received. Last I heard from CIC was in March. I reckon my file is going to LVO

Our file is also sitting in Sydney for the same amount of time. Both PA and sponsor living in England so it’ll be LVO as well. So frustrating!! He has done biometrics though, it came the same day the PA got AOR1.

CIC asked me to pay for the biometrics in March but after that its total radio silence Is it a recent trend that files are taking longer to transfer to LVO or did it happen in the past years as well? My spouse and I requested GCMS notes a few weeks ago so I will update yall if I find something useful upon receiving them!

I called on Friday to get an update and was told my husband’s app was headed for Mexico VO (as he’s not a US citizen) so that was a little upsetting because we all know that’s a really slow VO... but she did say most of the work is being done in Sydney, so I’m assuming once the transfer comes through, it won’t be long before they issue the visa. I hope

So it worked but since I have a representative for my application I can't link it.....

You can remove your representative and check status from GCKey account by yourself. Somehow, I feel it is more productive without a representative.

She was really vague, she just said they were working on the majority of the file at Sydney. I recently sent new PCs and they haven’t begun checking those yet, but they are reviewing eligibility there, according to the info I have on GCkey

You can remove your representative and check status from GCKey account by yourself. Somehow, I feel it is more productive without a representative.

Will that stop the embassy of Canada from sending updated emails to my lawyer though? And will my lawyer know if I removed them as my representative from the GCKey account?

all the notifications will come to the applicant or sponsor once you remove the rep.
