Finally,
I got the Passport Request Letter for my wife (PA) and dep child in my spam folder. NDVO sent me this letter on Oct 7, 2019, and like a fool, I was not checking my email spam folder. I was asking my wife to check her email regularly after we got DM on Sep 27 2019.
Me being the sponsor was not expecting PPR in my e-mail and surprisingly they sent it to me.
It was yesterday that we send them photos+passport to CPC Ottawa address.
I enclosed only one Xpresspost envelope inside my package. I am not sure if CIC needed 2 Xpresspost return envelopes as per the count of passports.
Can anyone confirm me that was it ok to send 1 Xpresspost envelope for 2 passports?

My application date is November 1st 2018. File was transfered to local New Delhi visa office in April and it took 6 months for the local visa office to pick my file. And all I got after 6 months of silence is just the pre arrival email, was on 16th oct 2019.
There is no update after that.
What I noticed is that there is no way you can predict by when one will receive next update from them. All we can do is just wait
I hope we all should get the golden email in this month.
Yeah at the same time people are putting their lives on hold. Politicians speak a good game about needing immigrants but legitimately married couples are left out to dry. They are unable to trade places with a guy like me and see what life is like in my shoes, being seperated since 2014 in what, the name of "safety"? Patience for that?
