they've asked proof of relationship and cohabitation so we provided whatever we got and they said there's sufficient evidence to support our application and don't need to send more so that was it. this was last year on April.

it's always better to submit upfront but you never know if they require more in the future so be prepared. what's your timeline and at what stage are you?

Still waiting for AOR lol. I just have seen a couple threads with people in the same situation as you. Some were refused after submitting additional evidence.

I applied for my husband on Dec 2018, and there is no update. As far as I know our application was complete, we even hired a firm to go over our documents to prevent any delays, but we're still waiting. I am super worried.
Is this delay because of situation with COVID, as stated in the IRCC website, or is it because they are probably gonna reject us?

The website will tell you the application is complete because it already completed 12 months since they received it. We applied on August 2018 and still waiting, we have been waiting since before the pandemic so nope that is not why they are delay

the website does not say complete for our application. It is still processing.
