No not yet. Isnt it suppose to come after DM? also I had a question about this update, if we put the updated information, will this extend her process longer? Will they do Bgc on this update??

No, pre-arrival is before DM and sometimes before BGC. That is an important milestone for eligibility.

Information update in general should not prolong the process, unless the update is contradictory to what you have already provided.
