Hi everyone,
I am sponsoring my husband and our application was received Dec 03, and got my AOR january 28. I was able to use the online tool(CAS) to check the application and it was there, but since yesterday i've been trying to check it again with the same info that i've used but it keeps on saying that they cannot find the application. Is there someone who can help me explain how did it happen please, i couldn't link our application using the GCkey aswell. . Any answer will be much appreciated. Thankyou .

I bet the information you put in the CAS has some errors, please double check and tripple check every piece of information, e.g., File Number, Last Name, Birthday, Place of Birth etc. are correct and as in your file. Once the file is available in CAS, it will not just disappear by itself and cannot be "cannot be found" -

Dubai only work for visit and studyingm for immigration its LVO

Hi - I have submitted my application in DEC 20 and it got received in DEC 24, no ARO yet but I have a question please I forgot to include the bio metric payment do you think they will return it back to me, what I suppose to do in this case, any idea. please advise

I didn't pay for the biometric and received AOR already

Just provide them the proof after you pay, if they request it from you
