Mine was transferred to Mississauga and I never received AOR2 but already have DM and PPR... so I wouldn't worry too much about AOR2.
I just obsessively checked ECAS every day until I saw DM on both sides lol

I suggest to call IRCC only if you have a lot of time to waste for nothing !!

I have been asked to submit biometrics. I have submitted payment receipt via webform, does anyone knows how long will that take to get instructions for biometrics?

Please submit a second copy of your file and submit your situation letter or explanation letter with new copy.

OR you can ask CIC agent on call to send a message to the visa office where you submitted your file

My question is I am done with the medicals and have paid the biometric fee and semd the receipt through the web form, but I still havent received the Biometrics instructions letter.

What should I do, in my account it still says "Fingerprints not required at this time"

Can anyone help please.

I submitted the receipt on 2nd March and received an email of confirmation of receipt from CIC on 7th March 2019

Make sure you are reading everything carefully and thoroughly.

You just have to do as the letter states "Note: You only need to pay biometric fees at this time. When your application is processed, you will receive further instructions on when and how to give your biometrics"

I am in the same situation myself. As long as you have submitted your receipt and they have sent you an email saying they have recieved it then you are good.

Mine got transferred to the accra VO on February 27th. Still no biometrics request (i have received the mail asking me to pay) and MR. So i guess we're in the same situation. Hoping to see progress this week.

I am in the same situation.
I am an august 2018 applicant and have paid the biometric fee since september , done medicals and my file is transfered to local VO but no biometric request yet.
Cant explain the reason why. Guess we have to wait.
