I sent my passport application from Canada, then travelled to the US. Ordered my passport to be delivered to the US.

Application Sent: November 3, 2020
Application Delivered: November 4, 2020

I got a call on November 18th from a passport office in Mississauga to re-confirm that I want the passport to be delivered to the US.

Credit Card Charged: November 18, 2020
Passport Sent (by FedEx): November 23, 2020
Passport&Certificate Received: November 25, 2020

Is there is option of 72 pages of Canadian passport or its only of 36 pages? As pakistani passport has option of 36 and 72 or 100 pages available.

I have received my passport but for some reason, they forgot to return me my citizenship certificate.

You can call them and ask for Canada post tracking number for citizenship certificate.

You are right. The address for using CanadaPost xpresspost is
Passport Program
Gatineau QC K1A 0G3

The tracking will show it as delivered to Ottawa as it is the receiving facility.

Can you please explain what you mean by “receiving facility”? I sent my application yesterday to the QC address above, so confused why it is being delivered to an address in Ottawa instead. Did you have the same experience as well?
