- How many days does it typically take for a tracker to be updated based on field observations and recent user experiences?
- How many days does it typically take for issuing passport based on field observations and recent user experiences?
p.s. I know that the IRCC website states it takes two weeks to receive the passport, but I am asking about recent user experiences and field observations.

Can you share any insights?
I applied on 7th Nov in person and had asked for in person pickup. Picked up the passport today and they had given me today's date on the receipt as the pick up date. I had taken the standard processing .The tracker on their website still shows as processing. I also heard someone else before me sent back - they saw online as ready for pickup but the pickup date on the receipt was 26th, so they were told to follow the date on the receipt. Also, due to the CP strike, apparently the ones who had asked for their passport to be mailed are delayed. Hope this helps.
We applied for new passports in person for a family of 4 on November 19 at Kitchener (after getting citizenship).
They gave December 13 as expected mailing date. But no change in tracker so far.
Applied on Jan 28th Service Canada 20 days service in Vancouver for family of 3 as new canadian citizens. Tracker is currently showing the following:
