Hey Guys ,

I have a situation I need some help to understand it .

My wife was a failed refugee claimant back in 2008 let Canada in 2012 .
Now MXVO requested additional documents ( Police Certificate from Canada and Mexico , Updated schedule A , 4 Photos ) they also requested the I.R.B decision But not the ARC letter or the fees !!

are they going to request them later or what's the Idea ? anyone went through the same situation ?

I think they will ask for ARC after these documents, so my advice is to get the ARC documents ready so as soon as they asked for it you will have it to send in.

Hello. Can anyone pls help me? I want to apply for the ARC. Is there a specific application form what i have to use? If so, where can I find the form? What else do I need to apply for that? Thank you for your help

Can you pls send me a sample? How did you apply? By mail or email? I want to apply for the arc as well but I don't really know how it works. Do i need a specific application? How can i find that? Thank you in advance. My email is kbarbara03@gmail.com

You have to wait until they asked you for ARC, unless you are sending it in with your application. If you already sent in your application then you have to wait until they asked you for it. You can prepare the documents in the meantime though so when they asked for it you will have it ready to send in.

They already asked it

The embassy asked me to provide an updated ARC application for the reexamination and once i submit it they will schedule an interview.
Im not a sponsorship applicant, my PR was accepted on H&C grounds, what should i expect at the interview?
Has anyone gone through an interview regarding ARC? Any input please?

Are you sure it's an ARC interview ? because the ARC is processed at the Ministry in Ottawa Not at the VO ?

Yes it's the ARC and it's processed at the embassy, i think it depends from what country you apply. But anyway this is what was said in the email.

Oh ok, well you basically have to write why you think they should let you come back into the country. I had an immigration consultant and they did everything for me.

My guess is that they will be asking you why you think they should let you stay in Canada since its on H&C grounds.

It's weird how the system works, i mean an agent approved the H&C application and he had all the information needed to approve it. Now another agent will be asking same question that i already covered in the application.
I really hope it will be an easy interview, time will tell.

Yea its really hard to tell. You will have to pay the ARC fees as well. Goodluck with your interview.
