that's awesome .
VO said to send everything together within 120 days , they usually give people 30 days or so to provide extra docs . or is it because the RCMP could take up to 120 days to produce the police certificate ?

Yeah it might take up to 4 months on some cases it is about your past with rcmp . If there is nothing I think it gonna take max 1 month . And if you get your files in canadian address it will be faster . And you need to send them orginal one so get a copy before send it to your vo . You have a option to send it to vo but representative told me if you get it first in canada it will be faster . I hope it helps.

Need opinions on my husband's case...

We submitted our overall spousal sponsorship June 2015 and it went to Vienna etc January 19, 2016 they requested an ARC from him, he has a 1 yr exclusion order since March 19, 2015, the day he left. On Feb 22 they received our application. My husband's exclusion order is now expired and we have been waiting for the ARC for about 3 months now. We are considering withdrawing our application and just start a new spousal sponsorship since his exclusion order is done and that it may be quicker since we are reading that the ARC can take up to another year. And that if we start a new application we won need an ARC. Has anyone done this also or spoken to your lawyer about it or heard of it being done? Your advise and opinions are appreciated.

I don't think it will go any faster if you withdraw and resubmit your application. Let this one go through, I have seen some ARC taking anywhere from 1 month to a year. You may be closer to the end than you thought.
