Yes, most likely it’s all about eligibility once it’s done and an individual has not committed any crime then you are good

Yes, you seem right. Mine is 31 aug AOR. Pvo /SVo is ottawa /sydney. Background in progress and eligibility still not started yet. I also noticed few applicants for these dates started getting ghost update or completed on tracker. Hope for some progress soon.
