There is no mechanism to check the appeal case by online. You may contact directly to the IAD office to check the status of your appeal.

They must have received the documents you mailed to them. Why do you want to resend them? Convert them into PDF format/Zip, if you must them by email.

My wife received a request by email on March 13, 2017 that our file was ready for visa. She submitted it in person a few days after and has opted to physically pickup her passport once the visa has been issued. She hasn't received any phone calls or updates, but she did receive an email on March 27, 2017 with the following title

There were no other attachments to the email. Does anyone have any experience with this? Am I missing something?
