We are couple in late 40s, and no baby, except for the one from my wife's previous marriage, who is my son now.
I do not want to re-apply, and again wait for infinity.
Currently me and my husband are both students so is there a chance for rejection?? My husband use to work but isn't currently working. We have provided proof that we have financial support from our parents for staying in Canada. I am just so worried .
Thanks for the reply, there's no medical problems as such, my wife conceived in 2012 but unfortunately she had miscarriage.
We never tried after that, as I'm here in Toronto, and my wife is in India.
We've already applied and our application got rejected, and I'm waiting for the hearing date, as I appealed against the decision.
Staying away from my family for last 6 years, it's not easy, and no one (in the system) is even trying to understand the situation.

Your case is scary. It seems one has to be very lucky to get justice fast. More so if you are middle aged and trying to have a second shot at the happiness. Applicant having a dependent makes matters worse. Key is to keep trying. There is no other option.
Hi,can anyone tell how long is the waiting period after successful ADR.I won my appeal on the 19th of January 2017, and had no response to either do remedicals or new updated forms.
I had my ADR via teleconference Dec 20,2017 in Halifax NS from Montreal immigration office . Our application went to Havana Jan 24,2017. I received an email to do a third medical on Jan 31 although our second medical was valid until June 11,2017. We did the third one as they said if we did not they would cancel our application. We heard nothing until April 18 when we received an email requesting we fill out forms imm0008,5669,5406,5476 and acopy of the io page of passport ,a copy of payment receipt for $1040 and a police check. I was told by another applicant that will take most likely another 4 months to get visa so that would be a total of 8 months. We have now been in this for 2 years and 9 months so far. So another 4 months will make it 3 years plus The system sucks

Its same with us. I won my hearing in Nov. than I have submitted all the documents in Feb 2017. Online status is same- Its in process. I think after winning the appeal it takes around 6 to 8 months in total.
