I sent all requested documents on 11th March 2017 & again scan documents on 31st March 2017.when I seen DM ? any idea?

I sent my scanned documents through email last February 21 and my ecas is showing In Process. I saw other people in the forum getting passport request after 42 days, 51 days even 6 months. So we don't really know, just hoping we get our passport request soon.

Where was your appeal held? Was it in Toronto?

Yes macus was in Toronto 13/1/2017 and the judge said will answer u after few weeks now it's 88 days and nothing yet

we sent our documents on first week of feb. Still waiting for the reply from cpc ottawa

Is it a good idea to reapply for spousal sponsorship, after you've received the refusal?
As my timeline is really too ridiculous, applied in Jan 2012, and still there is no hope in sight.
As per the new rules, the sponsored families will get the final response within a year.

Still in process. Background check will take time for me because I submitted 4 police clearances from 4 different countries. But we are going to our MP to enquire in our behalf by end of April.

We are couple in late 40s, and no baby, except for the one from my wife's previous marriage, who is my son now.
I do not want to re-apply, and again wait for infinity.
