Hi guys update from my side. My husband got request to sumit his passport so happy
Application filed march 2015
Application refused In August 2016
Adr on January 11th 2017
Request to submit updated forms +pcc om march 2nd 2017
Requested doc sent on march 15th 2017
PPR on march 24th 2017

This is the fastest I had seen from the forum of getting the passport request after sending the updated forms, medical and police clearances. Congratulations!
I'm patiently waiting for my passport request.

where did you submit your appeal file and did you use a lawyer,
who is your lawyer and
was your interview for ADR over the phone or you had to travel there, and
what additional proofs did you get and did you have to bring any witnesses and
yes one more is your spouse here in Canada, did your spouse come on visitor visa.

I'm the sponsor.
I appealed in august 2016 in montreal and yes i had a consultant to help me.
ADR was not over the phone and it was in a conference room. There was no witness. I just brought pictures which was not included in my husband's initial application. My husband was not present in the adr, it was only me.

Hello dear I got Ard date in november 2016 and it was scheduled for january 2017 and my husband was refused in August 2016.
i'm from montreal.

We won our appeal in Montreal. It took several months to be notified we would have an ADR and then 9 months to get a date. You are not guaranteed to get an ADR it depends on the reasons for denial and whether they can be resolved in an hour or less if not it goes to a full hearing which can take 1-2 years to get a court date . please anyone with the ideas of the process of the game...
I submitted my application in November 2015 and after all documents submitted that the vo asked, he even ask for uk PCC, Nigeria PCC and to redo medicals, awaiting ppr. To my surprise in January 2017 I got refusal note stating my marriage to my sponsor is not genuine.
well 6 days after I submitted my appeal and got acknowledgement but still waiting next point of action from IAD.
please advice on how to go about it though i have a representative already...

Hi guys anyone here who sent the passport for stamp to NDVO. As my husband sent his passport after PPR. He didn't get it back yet. It's 17 days for us. I dnt know how long it's gonna take to release the passport. Plz share the timeline anyone recently sent or received the passport from NDVO. I even dnt know the maximum time they can take.
