Cool! It said "Innovation Hub Vancouver" at the bottom left of the paper that said "It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements..." ?
If so I'm guessing it means your application was transferred to Vancouver like mine. If so that gives me some hope that I'll hear something soon, since it seemed like all of the applications kept in Mississauga were processing faster (even October ones)!
I am from Botswana. I applied inland.
It hasn't been easy to sit and wait. I take it for us 2018 applicants things will move fast as we are part of the Pilot Project of processing applications in 12 months.

Yes that's what it says exactly ! (I wasn't sure how it was exactly written on the English version of that paper as I got mine in French lol so I just tried to translate with my own words )

Amazing. Even as 2018 applicants, I'm still always reading it's going to be taking people 8-10 months for AIP. most people from beginning of year are just getting medical request.
Good for u !!!
I got 2 letters in my GCKey account today.
The first one was to inform me that I "meet eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence as a member of the spouse or common-law parther in Canada class."
The second letter was to inform me that my application has been transferred to the Ottawa office for further assessment.
I think this is a move in the right direction, even though I have not seen any other people who said their files were transferred to Ottawa.
I did my medicals earlier this year when I applied to extend my stay, so my account shows that my I passed my medicals.
I am amazed that I got an update, I thought they were still working on 2017 applications.

The first letter is AIP... but the second one is not a good sign, transfer to Ottawa for further assessment, it means CIC have doubt about your application. And two letters are contradicted.

Hi @commonlaw2018 I don't see any contradiction as CIC transfer files to different offices all the time.
Do you think they would have sent AIP if they had doubt? Wouldn't they ask for extra documents or anything else instead of approving that I'm eligible to apply?
