Finally got email from HKVO on March 14. It was sent to applicant's email and my wife did not check her email until today. It asked her to send an updated Form5669 starting from the year when she was 18.

Its been 15 days since medical done. No updates on ecas if medical results have been received ( but i asked IOM-Manila if they already submitted my med results, they said they did same day after my medical exam was done on march 4) no update also in Gckey if my medical exam got passed. Is there anyone same experience as mine? Hoping for updates sooooooon.
On the same boat. No update on my medicals that were done 6 March, and the doctor's office said they were submitted. I uploaded a confirmation they gave me on the Webform just in case, but I'm thinking they are having delays now with updating the system.
The email was sent to her inbox directly. There is nothing in GCKey account (there is no any indication that status is changed or some email is sent out to the applicant in GCKey account)
I think the lesson here is even I was the representative, the IRCC could still send email directly to the applicant without notifying the representative. So all parties have to pay attention to their inboxes (if they leave different email addresses). It also indicates that we cannot purely rely on GCKey or ECAS.

Thank you very much for your reply. So, there's still a chance of direct emails even after linking an application to an account. Very good to know. Thanks again for the update.

Just curious: did the letter say how to send an updated IMM5669 form? Via a simple reply to that email, or via web form, or via GCKey? I think GCKey is not an option because it's only available to send additional documents when there was an actual request for them in GCKey.
The rep I talked to once, told me that CIC can request all addresses since 18 years old, even though the form says only for the last 10 years. Your case just confirmed that information...

Thank you for reminding me of checking this information. I thought I just need to use web from to upload for granted. I would have missed this important piece of information. But it is 21st century, they still prefer mail or courier, come on...I will do both though, just to be extra safe
Congrats! Someone else I know in another group, received AOR Feb 6th 2019, and got “Decision Made” in his Principal Applicant ECAS account on March 18th 2019. He’s UK Outland at Mississauga Visa office. So there’s definitely some fast applications going through at the moment! Fingers crossed for the rest of us.
Am I right in thinking, UK applicants, as they’re from a visa free country, they don’t get a passport request?
On our GCKey, we were asked for additional documents - one was issuing a US state police check. His FBI check came back clear, and he has had no arrests or charges in the US or Canada so it's a little bit strange as to why they asked for it. I have a few questions:
On the document it says "Police Certificate: Please provide state level Police certificates for New Mexico and any state that you have resided in for 6 months or more."
1. My husband moved from Washington to New Mexico at the age of 12 in 2008, which was 11 years ago. He is currently 22, almost 23. Do we need to get a police check from Washington as well?
2. My husband has been in Canada with visitor status since December 2017. Even though it says "any state that you have resided in for 6 months or more" could this also be applied to an RCMP check as well or would they have clearly stated it? Technically, he is here as a visitor and is not living or working here.
We will be calling the IRCC customer service line tomorrow but I just wanted to ask these questions here beforehand.

Am I understanding correctly that you included an FBI fingerprint check with your original application? I would think that would cover all states?
In any case, I believe you would only need NM as he hasn’t lived in WA for 6+ months since the age of 18. Also this wouldn’t include RCMP checks, they would ask for that directly.
My spouse is American and we submitted an FBI fingerprint check with the original application -- we haven't been asked for any additional US checks thus far. He has previously lived in both WA and CA, but we haven't been asked for any state-level checks in addition to the FBI scan... I would think a federal level fingerprint check would also cover all state records?
