2018 Spousal Sponsorship in-land Applications: timeline and updates

september 10 applicant from Quebec we didnt get any news since That stupid CSQ paper and Medical exam , out of status , cant work , cant have a health card , why does it take so long for Quebec Applicants ? sorry for my language , so stressed

For my opinion, it would be always good to extend your visitor visa, just in case you didn't get the working visa, from there you can apply working visa again.

I recieved an email today about my landing interview date and time.

In the email its mentioned that to bring:
Your sponsor, only if you are landing under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in-Canada Class.

I applied inland and at that date my wife will be in Montreal for a work trip.

I have two questions;

Do I need to take my wife as I sponsored inland.
What if she couldnt make to come?

You must attend the interview with the following:
Your sponsor if you are being landed under the In-Canada Spousal/Family Class

So if one of yours can't make it, reschedule your appointment.

My letter even have this, be aware.

Got DM letter today said that Etobicoke office will contact me to arrange an appointement for landing and a final decision will be made same day
So anyone knows how’s busy Etobicoke office and what estimate time to got the landing date letter from that office

Yes it’s normal. And Vancouver is super slow currently. I got DM Jan 17th and still waiting.

It takes me 3 weeks to do my landing at Etobicoke .I did my landing with my wife on the 13 of March 2019 same day my wife gave birth to baby girl I am lucky man same day my father birthday.

I especially asked them and came to know it's been transferred to local office. I didn’t get any email or updates about it on email or ecas or mycic

Same here, I asked them which office is going to send me the landing interview letter, so they told me.

FOR me I don’t even know if it’s for further processing or landing interview. I didn’t get any letter so far

I ordered my gcms notes ....agent told me that my security check is pending. That's why I didnot get DM letter yet. No DM on PA on ECAS yet.

But I my gcms notes it says they transferred my file to Vancouver office already. No sure what's happening.

Anyone have any idea about it ?

I hope get it as soon as possible waiting for it longtime ago and many ppl still waiting after passed the 12 months already like me passed 13 month already and still counting
