yes im in exact same situation. but on ecas it says DM tho and everyone is saying that is SA.

Exact same situation for me too . So I called IRCC this morning and they confirmed it is SA .

I think after Medical is complete your application will be transferred to your regional VO but I am not 100% sure.

In some cases they send to dreaded Warsaw visa office without MR
