I just checked ECAS and it said Decision Made on the main page (PR application status) but then when I click it the only updated line there was :
We started processing your application on October 20, 2018.
My husband contacted the MP. We will be in our 12month mark on Friday oct 26. The MP office replied that based on the info they gathered I’m all cleared and by the look of it, it will take until mid November to finally have this whole process done. Crossing fingers for it.
Anyone know how long it takes the permanent resident card to show up in the mail we've been waiting for 8 weeks and still no card landed on August 21th ... we are looking to travel for Xmas
I'm in Kitchener as well. Got DM on both sides Oct 5, but no DM letter or landing appointment yet. Can you keep me posted on your landing letter? I'll do the same as well.
I'm in Kitchener as well and got the landing letter for Kitchener downtown office. However, I couldn't attend the interview as I'm travelling outside Canada and I'm struggling to reschedule the interview. They sent the letter without any contact information other than the IRCC number which is always busy.
Has anyone had to contact the WST-Landing-Enquiries@cic.gc.ca email address to change their landing interview date or inform them of travel plans?
I'm just wondering how long they took to reply and what options they gave you. On my landing interview letter it states: If you cannot attend this interview and/or have pre-booked travels outside of Canada in the 90-days following your final determination for permanent residence interview, please e-mail WST-Landing-Enquiries@cic.gc.ca or call the IRCC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100
I will be travelling about 6 weeks after my interview date, so I may need to reschedule until after i return from my holiday as i don't think the pr card will arrive before i leave...
Hi, I'm also trying to reschedule my landing interview but haven't heard back for a new date yet. In my landing letter, they didn't provide any email address other than the IRCC number which has always been busy and impossible to get an agent. I sent a webform through the iRCC system and got reply saying they have verified my information and forwarded to the local office but nothing after that. Have you rescheduled your appointment successfully? Is the WST-Land-Enquiries@cic.gc.ca email only for a local office or work for everyone? My file is in the Kitchener, Ontario office. Thanks!
