yes the reference letter does cover the 2 years period without any gap.... i guess i will upload a cover letter covering the wage increase and get it signed by the manager of my company,.....
one more question buddy... does payrate affects the CEC application because there was a period of 3 months where I was paid $13 an hour and after that i was paid $14 an hour for next 5 months..
Remember actual date of EE draw was scheduled to last week, so they can skip this week as well and after as usual 2-week break, they will take this draw to next Wednesday.
As per last data we have 228 people are with scores of 441+ entering pool each day.
228 x 21 days = 4,788 - 200 PNP - 3,750 ITA issued balance of 838 above 441+ score
So, CRS: 445 +/- 3
Going further with ur calculatiins.. 56 new candidates bw 441-450 are being flooded in the pool so 56×21=1176 should be there on the pool.. now if we assume there is even distribution from 441-450 then the cutoff should be 838/1176=0.716 x 10=7.16 +440.. means it should be 447.. if ITAs r 3500 then add 250 in the same formula the cutoff should be 449.. m predicting something around 448 (early cutoff) 449 (late cutoff) with 3500 itas..
Depending on the no of entries per day the cut off maybe very high (450+) or maybe not so high (above 445), but for me the main thing to look for tomorrow is the no of ITAs.
I have a gut feelings that we will see more than 3500 ITAs tomorrow. If we see 4000 ITA tomorrow that will be the big positive thing out of tomorrow.

Also, if they don't increase the ITA intake above 3500, then that's a signal that they don't feel their targets are in danger and that would potentially signal no back-to-back draws either.
I agree with the 445/447 predictions tomorrow and that the ROH is going to attract a lot more people who are in the 440-445 range as well.
Hi members , I have a small query regarding my WES ECA I’ve received my report in which the CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY STATES 3 year degree but I have also done my MBA and for the same they mention Canadian equivalency : Masters degree from non recognised institute.
The question is can I still claim points for my masters or should I move forward with Bachelor degree ????
Would really appreciate your answers....

they have-not recognized the University of masters degree , so , that means they have not evaluated Masters to equivalency .
I donot think as per the above ECA , you can claim master's point

I'm not much into the calculations but last time they skiped a draw it rose to 456 but by now most of the 440 plus were cleared til June so I don't think it' going to go up as 456 . I still feel it will be in the 440s which will be good
Experts Please! Need a Guidance:
I am living in China since 2008 but originally from India. I studied in China since 2008 to 2013. After graduation in 2013, I found a full-time job and started working. My company couldn't change my visa status for 3 years and I continued to work full-time on a student visa. I got a student visa from one university but worked full-time in a company. Later in 2016, the company managed to change my visa status from Student to Work permit. My company already gave me an experience letter stating that I worked with them over 5 years but I am worried that whether CIC considers this foreign work experience on a student visa? Do CIC will only rely on the experience letter provided by the company or CIC also cared about the status of the applicant in that country during that specific time? Can I mention this 5 years experience on my EE profile?
I just submitted my express entry profile and as per my previous check with CRS tool, I should have got 443 points. However when I submitted my profile, I am only getting 434 points.. When I checked carefully, in the EE profile, points for "CRS - Spouse - Level of Education" are 0, while in CRS tool this points are 9.. I am missing 9 points here. What should I do to get this 9 points?
