No one knows what would be the cut off today. It depends on number of factors:-
1. no of ITA’s
2. People in the pool
3. Time and date of draw
4. PNPs issued
Interesting to note that the 2017 ITA total to the end of May 2017 was almost 48000 compared to this years total to date of 32200. The IRCC EE target for 2018 is actually higher than 2017 so will the number of ITAs in each draw increase? What could affect that?
- Reduction in processing times and backlogs.
- Greater proportion of ITAs converting to completed applications.
- Reduced proportion of failed applications.
The EE anual report for 2017 was published on 31 May 2018 link here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nuals/express-entry-year-end-report-2017.html loads of figures if you have the time to read and digest. Unfortunately although interesting the figures in the report are old and don't give much of an indication of the likely current position.
