We just linked our PR application on line but cannot see the open work permit application -is this normal?

You need to link your OWP application seperately.
On your myaccount home there’s an option link application.
Use your UCI

Hi guys!
This morning I checked my application and the details changed from “your action is required” to “submitted”. It has been almost a month since I submitted schedule A. I know it’s not much but even though I knew it was a glitch and I shouldn’t worry about it, it’s always good to see something happening, moving, changing.

Our App was received on Feb 6th too. Hopefully we'll get an AOR soon too! Fingers crossed.

Guys, for inland apps, when uploading the police certificate, did you add a police certificate for Canada as well?
I sent my application in October 2017, app received and Police certificate from my home country and Schedule A uploaded, now my applications is being processed, background is in process, they never mentioned that I need another police certificate from Canada, what do you think ?

As far as I understood from all the help I got from here we don’t need to upload one from Canada unless they specifically ask for RCMP clearance or fingerprints, etc. You’re good. I’m still at the beginning of the process but I didn’t send one from Canada.

Unfortunately no. =\
Apparently every step requires us to have an immense amount of patience. At least I’m learning how to control my anxiety hahahaha

Hi standard time is 12 months . It can be 1 month or later. Outland and inland apps time is 12 months but they are processing Outland much more faster as compare to inland .

Sent my wife's PR application with Open Work permit; received at the CIC mail room Feb 1st...still no AR we are getting quite concerned my wife's current work permit expires April 16

Yes I have so many cases in this forum and online also it shows 12 months for Outland and inland applications .

I hope you get AOR soon I got mine after 8 weeks . Just wait for few more days . Good luck
