After Eligibility when all stages ( Security - Criminality and Info sharing ) complete , you will receive final decision , then P1 & P2 , then ECOPR and PR Card
I think we will wait 2 years total

I applied may 2023. Received pre arrival end of August 2024 and eligibility after that. I think it will take until may-June 2025

That's correct . As I see for applicant 2022 , most of them received ECOPR after 2 years .

Only if you are not in Quebec, if in quebec expect around 4 Year.
I applied Oct 17th 2023. Bio metrics done in January 2024. After that nothing at all. Does anyone know what is the next step. It's being a year.

No one knows about time , but as I see in this forum and 2022 , I found out that this process takes two years from date of PR request submission until ECOPR .

It depends on that you have CSQ or not yet, Quebec canceling CSQ for all types of immigration till next year, it should be hard for whom are in Quebec,
But no choice, we should stay patient
Should I create different categories in my application for myself, dependants and spouse? When I apply PR as a protected person online.
Categories
- Protected person in canada.
- Spouse
- Dependants
Please help thank you
Hi my processing office of Mississauga they are asking for additional information. Instead of web form what is address if I want to send courier copy.

I am applying from Quebec and I submitted my PR application on Nov 2023.
I just called MIFI and asked if they will do the "second" approval from IRCC if we already have our CSQ, the officer checked again with me and know that on my file I am applying for PR, but she said our PR is all with IRCC, there's no extra procedure from MIFI.....interesting....IRCC and MIFI said different things.....

An immigration agent told me that if you have your CSQ and include it in your PR application, it should be fine. Otherwise, they will request a CSQ from Quebec, which can take a lot of time.
Not everyone get that, you can call them to get your Application number and start follow up
I sent them an email one month ago, but have not received a reply yet

Okay, thanks
Dear all,
is it normal/common for someone to be asked to do biometrics again for their refugee PR even if they had given their biometrics for the tourist visa a few months before (meaning they were still valid and less than 10 years old)?
Thanks!
