I applied for work permit extension, in 31 May, 2024. (PNP Nominee)
My CWP-Ext inside-Canada timeline:

2024-05-31，Submit application；
2024-06-01，WP-EXT Letter；
2024-06-28, Biometrics completed

110 days

Still waiting for response.. How much time will they take?

More than 5 months Application Not Approved yet, WP-EXT Letter valid till 24 Sep 2024. Can some one tell should I go for flagpole or wait for IRCC decision?

Are we eligible to do flag polling to get a closed work permit, I have a US visitor visa.Can I do flag polling.?
Currently i'm on implied status.
Nationality is Indian

I didn’t received any this yet . Almost 6 months.

I Didn’t pursue flag polling yet, I got a email from MP assistant that you still can work until u get any decision on your extension application from IRCC and said if you have urgency to go outside of country than only go for flagpolling. So i am avoiding to do flag polling for now. I am w 6 months by 24 sep 2024 as per temporary extension given by ircc.

I am in same boat. All I know it is possible if you reached out of waiting period for decision. If someone recently visited, please share how they went through that would be helpful. My last date in WP- extension letter is 28 November 2024.

Hello

Need help in ensuring I am doing the correct process.

Initial PGWP approval - Nov 2022. Applied and got till Nov 2023 (Passport expried) - Should get 3 years because did bachelors for 4 years.

Applied for the 18 months in May 2023 and approved till Nov 2024.

If I apply now I should get till Nov 2025 right?

Or the 18 months do not apply and I should receive extra 2 years?

Finally my SOWP was approved. It was an application within Canada.

Here my timeline:

Feb 29, 2024 Submit application
Mar 01, 2024 WP-EXT Letter
Sep 18, 2024 Biometrics
Sep 25, 2024 Decision
