I am waiting for 197days (6 months +) for a response from IRCC. 4 months looks very fast for me.

Hello everyone. Can anyone tell me that in how many days letter of support may receive? I applied two months ago still waiting.
 
I want to apply for work permit extension. M on closed work permit which is expiring next month. So I applied for 204c letter
 
My CWP-Ext inside-Canada timeline:

20240208，Submit application；
20240209，WP-EXT Letter；
20240828, Biometrics Validity Letter；
20240829，Approved；

Total: 203 Days.

More than 5 months Application Not Approved yet, WP-EXT Letter valid till 24 Sep 2024. Can some one tell should I go for flagpole or wait for IRCC decision?
