What we should do after creating Express Entry Profile?

Need your advice, what should we do after creating Express Entry profile? do we have to create EOI on each province's website? which provinces are open for PNP??

you have to look at each province's requirements and procedures individually. some pick from EE pool and send EOI and some require direct applications.
