Profile selection - All Provinces and Territories or Ontario?

I am in the process of creating my Express Entry profile. I want to get Ontario PNP nomination. My question is while creating the profile can I select All Provinces and Territories or should only select Ontario as I need the nomination from them? Please suggest.

By selecting "All Provinces and Territories", you are also selecting Ontario.
