Ontario PNP is Open or not?

Please confirm if Ontario PNP is open?

I have one more Query , Our score is 401 so to get any nomination from Ontario do we need to create any profile at Ontario website?

Or Creating Express entry profile is sufficient ?

It is open but they're not sending Notification of interest for now. They will be sending that periodically throughout the year. Keep checking updates on their website
