They are processing PR Cards - I know of people who have received theirs.
They seem to be processing it for those who sent their photos to smaller IRCC offices like Windsor, Etobicoke, Niagara.
The bigger IRCC offices do not seem to be processing any cards..it's very frustrating and makes no sense.
Some people are getting theirs within 3 weeks, others are waiting months.
You might be right...
I sent my PPR documents to Ottawa in March and I'm still waiting for the card.
When and where did you land?
How did you do Landing? When did you send your COPR to the PR card office?
Waiting on PR in mail, Ladnded March 10th, 2020. Nothing Yet as of July 13, 2020
Anybody got PR in mail since March 2020?
Hi All, my parents landed in Canada on Feb 29th and today PR card status changed to Approved.

Are they outland applicants? Did your parents previously reside outside Canada?
It is not 100% clear from your other posts. TIA.

Inland applicants and they were on super visa before
So the CIC is speeding up a bit, methinks!

Ualberta have you got any news for your PR card? I just have seen IRCC increase processing time from 94 days to 128 days
Hi guys, I just sent my pr photo and COPR to IRCC and it shows delivered, but I didn't get any response. Can you tell me how to check the status of the PR card application? Thanks.

Depressingly, not yet. Not a good news!
hello @ll,
Just an update on my application. I was PR on July 10, we sent one photo and the COPR the same day, they arrived on July 14 and Today in our GKEY we have been approved and looks like that they have mailed our Cards.
We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive.
