Hi guys,
I did landing on July 13th and my Ecas turn to Complete on September 9th; however, I haven't received the PR card yet. I phone the call centre and they tell me the card was mailed out on September 4th. I ask them if they could send me a new one because I will travel outside of Canada on December. They tell me I need to wait until October 17th(6 weeks after the card send out) to call them again and then start next step.
Does anyone have the same situation? Do you know when I supposed to get my PR card?
Thank you so much!
Alex
This is pretty standard. I know people who had to wait 6 weeks after the PR card was mailed. Don't worry, you should get it in the next 3 weeks.

Thank you! I was so worried.
Did you approach SERVICE_CANADA in your vicinity where you registered for SIN upon landing ?

I called 1-888-242‑2100; it’s the number for all applicants in Canada. Do you think I need to contact local Service Canada?
Thank you
