good luck everyone !!
Did you call DMP for the medicals? I called them they are saying it takes 2-3 weeks to send all the results...Don't understand what is the difference with normal medicals and e-medicals?

This forum is extremely interesting since many of the posting users fall within a very similar timeline as I. For all of those people complaining, please take a quick look at my below timeline; the majority of you guys were processed much faster than I was:
1) Application received by CIC: February 13, 2012
2) Started Processing application: April 18, 2013
3) RPRF and additional information requested including updated personal history (no request for bio-data): April 20, 2013
4) Medicals Requested: June 11, 2013
5) Medicals Received: June 27, 2013 (ECAS updated on this date)
No new developments and/or messages from Ottawa since then.
I am wondering about the following:
1) I am a German citizen and have a new passport with the electronic chip inside of it. Do ALL applicants have to provide the bio-data? Also, I am under the understanding that applicants from visa-exempt countries (Germany is such a country), do NOT need to send in their passports (scanned images of the passport are sufficient) - is this possibly the reason for some applicants not receiving PPR's?
2) Could somebody please clear up if there is a strict way of processing applications? I ask especially in regards to the Security and Criminality checks. I understand from other posters and lawyers that these two processes are mutually exclusive. Does anyone know for certain (please, if you are going to speculate, don't bother...) if these checks are done at a certain time? IE: are both checks performed AFTER the medicals have been received? Is one performed prior to RPRF and/or medicals received? etc etc...
Thank you for any feedback and I wish you all the best of luck!
