My ecas status has changed to Medicals received on 13 July(Saturday) and Decision Made on 14 July(Sunday). I am waiting for PPR. I hope It comes soon.By the way I applied as a family.
Firstly, thanks to the lonely officer who works on weekends too. Wish he had spared time for our applications too. But clearly, your application is on the roll (ofcourse you are a 2174 sansli sen!...) Please keep us posted once you receive the PPR email and when you send the passport.
The next house of commons session is on September 6th, Unless an emergency house of commons is called for and a back to work legislation is passed (or) PAFSO withdraw the strike (which is more unlikely) or a true negotiation is made ( which is 30% likely) the strike will not end before SEPTEMBER 2ND WEEK.

1. Did you originally send the Receipt to Cost Recovery? or you sent to Ottpilot? or you haven't sent the receipt at all?
In any of these cases, as your payment is not updated on your application yet, send the receipt again quoting your applicaiton File# to both the mail ids ( Cost Recovery and Ottpilot).
After all it is your hard earned $490 boss... no harm in notifying again about your payment.

Scan both RPRF receipt and Your biodata form into a single document and send to Cost Recovery, CC to Ottpilot.
I drafted a letter as below when I am sending my RPR Fee.

Dear Officer,
This is in reference to your mail dated XXX, 2013 @ 10:35 AM, I have made the RPR fee and filled the Bio Data forms as you advised in the mail.
