first application: april 20,2021 (gckey)
second application: sept 11 (portal)
ppr: sept 23

You can try but you won't get any refund for the previous application. We also paid again (minus the biometrics) as it will be considered as a new submission. We took the risk since we have been waiting for more than 6 months already.

What were the documents that you included in your application? Thank you for your response.
