I have received a ghost update at the end of 2020. Why do they accept an application that they wouldn't consider? Have difficulty understanding.

I have seen 4 to 5 times Ghost update. But no update.

This threat is all about people like us who apply for tourist/visit/pleasure/business there is not essential in place. So It might take a while. But we are here to calculated how much we might wait for and answer, if there is even one because for my understanding they are not giving tourist visa until restriction are lifted.
