Visitor Visa for NON Essential Travel (please post your timeline here) 2021

Applied on April 11, 2020 for TRV with valid biometrics. The Visa Office received my application is Turkey. Since April 12 no update. I sent new invitation letter I received in October 2020 by webform and only got an email confirming receiving of my document after a week but nothing change or update on my account.

Can u pls share What the purpose of travel is? & is applicant family of PR or temporary resident?

TRV Application Submitted- 12 November
Biometrics done- 21st January(Dubai)
they are reviewing my eligibility. My travel is essential as I normally live in Canada and I have open work permit and job in Canada. I have already emailed ircc for priority processing. Hoping to get my trv in February sometime.

You can try. Won’t hurt your sponsorship application but securing a TRV is quite difficult because most spouses don’t actually want to come for a temporary visit.

I do not have sponsorship application, Im EE applicant myself

Hi I need suggestion...
I’ve visit visa still valid. I’ve family in Canada my mothers brother and my sister as well.
But what can be the reason to travel now.
Is there any possibility for me. As my visa is goin to expire as well

Can anyone suggest what should I do?

I am a PR, applied for my parents visitor visa. Recieved biometric letter but vac are not accepting appointments for parents.

Question:
1. Should I apply for authorization letter for family reunification?
2.if I apply and get approved how long would it be valid for?
3. Biometric letter says if not submitted by March end they may refuse to give visa.
, Is the deadline automatically extended or I need to ask for extension ( if I don't apply for authorization?)

Please help, I am confused right now
