Thanks for your response. I think, we are still not eligible to apply on the new portal as per the instruction on the IRCC website. Therefore, the best is to wait. Secondly, this post is just to gather all those who might have received PPRs post 7th September or still waiting

IRCC might open new portal for those who have not received their decision in 1 year. probably that could be in future.

It’s not inaccurate information. IRCC was processing those who met the travel exemptions until restrictions were lifted which is why OP had not heard about his/her TRV for a year.
