Visitor extension and inland application plus restores status after all this

Hello senior members I have few question. Please help me to understand rules
If some one applied visitor status extension still In process applied four months ago and 5 days before expiry
And applied spousal sponsorship 1 month ago application inland no AOR yet

Q1 What happen if they refuse visitor visa extension which will take around 185 days to process after apply

Q2 when can some one apply restore status after 90 days from expiry of last day of authorized stay date OR the day receive refusal letter that’s date makes confusion?

Q3 what happen if they make decision After December 2020 let’s say in feb 2021 does applicant still apply restoration application again ??

Q4 what happens if visitor extension refuses and inland application returns as incomplete after long wait because covid delay AOR ?

You Stay under implied status until a decisions is made no need to worry about that. you have 90 days after expiration that includes implied status to apply for restoration. Q3 im not sure how to answer.
Q4 it is up to you to keep in status whether implied or not implied, If you applied for owp with inland you have implied status from that without needing extension

You will only be able to get an OWP in 5+ months if you have status. If you are out of status you will only qualify for OWP at AIP.

Implied status for owp is still status if you get your owp returned or sponsorship application returned you fall out of status indeed

If the visitor extension is refused then you were out of status when you applied for sponsorship and OWP. It isn't a big deal since you can apply without status but you don't qualify for OWP until you have AIP.

Canuck78@ can the applicant can apply restore of visitor status after refusal of visitor record which will take about 190 days after apply
While waiting inland application

an inland application can process without status however if you fall out of status you can not apply for an owp till you recieve aproval in principle which at the point it almost becomes pointless to apply for it.
