Hi, have an American spouse whom I will submit inland application for. His 6 months is up end of February. Is it better to apply for the visitor extension which takes 3 months to process or just have him fly down to states and then back into Canada to reset the 6 months allowance? We haven't submitted inland yet. If we do the visitor extension , he has implied status until he gets approval for extension, correct? So we would be able to submit inland while his extension is being processed? In a previous thread I was suggested to include receipt of inland application fee with the visitor extension.
