Correct, new portal for Visitor Visa.

1st set of applications were entered on 8th Dec and PPR received on 16th Dec.
2nd set of applications were entered on 17th Dec and PPR received on 31st Dec.

In my case its parents travelling for family reunification, so all I entered were the dates of travel and that they will be staying with us at so and so address.

Visitor Visa applied for my In-laws but paid only for one person's Visitor Visa fee and Biometrics. My father-in-law being the principal applicant received the Biometrics Instructions letter. However, my mother-in-law who is to accompany him had not received the Biometrics Instruction letter. Paid the additional via and biometrics fee through the portal and updated IRCC with the fee receipt (through the web form) and requested them to issue a Biometrics Instruction letter to my mother-in-law. Please suggest if I have to do anything else to receive the Biometrics Instructions Letter. Thank you

Yes, i applied for my mom super visa on oct 15 and study permit for my brother. No update till now. Called IRCC they said files are in new Delhi. Don’t know what to do

Sorry for the stupid question, I have just applied my parent's visitor visa using gckey ( As I wasn't aware of the new IRCC portal). Is it mandatory to submit any new visitor visa application using only the new IRCC portal?

I don’t know but both are same i think . I applied in new portal because saying results within 14 to 30 days but its been over 2 months no response
