September 7 - Application Submitted
September 10 - Biometrics done
No request for medical as of the moment. Intended to stay for less than 6 months, but hoping to travel this november 2021.

Can you tell what reasons for TRV are being accepted?
I know family reunification is allowed. Can someone say tourist and proceed with the application?
I'm also applying under new portal , can you share if you got an option to upload invitation letter
What is this new portal? Are you guy's talking about cic.gc.ca? or something different?
In the portal the documents which we can upload are
- Passport
- Bank statement
-Relationship
-Vaccination card
- Status in Canada of the family member
- Proof of the relationship
- Additional doc explaining why you need to travel (Optional)
Pay the fee (100 cad) and we will have the confirmation immediately that the application is received
Vaccination card is required while applying for the visa or we have to show them this document while travelling
Does the vaccine need to be from the list of Canadian-approved brands like Pfizer, Moderna, etc.?
" if you already told us that you qualify for a COVID-19 exemption", I already applied before September 7 and my application is under reviewing, Im fully vaccinated with PFizer vaccine and vaccination cards already attached to application in Client information , is vaccination makes me qualified for COVID-19 exemption? If yes, How to inform them about COVID-19 exemption?

hi your biometrics will show in the portal once you send your application. I applied for my mother and put in her UCI from the old visit visa application and then her biometrics got updated in the portal. Paid only 100
You will give your UCI number and if ur bio is valid then no need to pay for it
