Visit Visa Application (Using the new IRCC Portal)

Hi Friends,
Need some advice.
I have applied for visitor visa using new portal on Sep 26 in India. My spouse is a PR in Canada. My biometrics were done on Oct 4 in Dubai. My application status says "We have not received your fingerprints" though biometric information is visible. Anyone of you faced a similar situation / solution ?

Hello Everyone, I applied for my parents visit visa on oct 28th, 2021, i didnt knew about new IRCC portal so i applied online thru IRCC GCkey. I was wondering if i should apply thru this new portal as it is quicker or i should keep my application submitted in old IRCC GCkey acc ? and if i withdraw will i get my refund back ? Just looking for a advise if someone else been in similar situation

I submitted my parents application using the new portal. Today, we received a passport request, does this mean the visa is approved?

Application submission - 13th October, 2021
BIL request received - 14th October 2021
Biometric Completed - 20th October, 2021
Passport request - 27th October. 2021

Hello, Did you apply for them together under one application or separate applications?

In the portal the documents which we can upload are
- Passport
- Bank statement
-Relationship
-Vaccination card
- Status in Canada of the family member
- Proof of the relationship
- Additional doc explaining why you need to travel (Optional)

Pay the fee (100 cad) and we will have the confirmation immediately that the application is received

Yes i applied on the 31st October too, i guess that could be due to the ongoing maintenance

Can anyone please help if I can apply for my father visitor visa under travel exemption in new ircc portal if he is partially vaccinated but will get fully vaccinated when we have planned the travel ?
