Yes,if it converts to IN PROCESS, you can't send anything.
If you have it IN PROCESS you aren't in the safe side yet, the rejection may comes because of many things.....You will be in the safe side only when you have the visa stamped on your passport.
Be relaxed brother. Focus on your IELTS exam now..then have your fingurs crossed for the next step.

dear if ur score is 67 and u have low ielts score then before decesion made vo office will ask u to provide good score in 60 days. on the forum we have the example of Drooza who was given time to send updated ielts in 60 days. if ur points r less than 67 then definitely ur file b rejected.
dear u have 4 points not 5 bcz 2 basics r considered not 3 it is mentioned in the booklet. u can check ( in the Basic proficiency (to a maximum of two points) .
First official language (French or English)
Read Write Listen to Speak High proficiency 4 4 4 4
Moderate proficiency 2 2 2 2
*Basic proficiency (to a maximum of two points) 1 1 1 1
No proficiency 0 0 0 0
@2Zakout
It all depends on the VO and the stage of the processing ,if decision is not made yet on the points,it sounds logical your new IELTS will be accepted.
But if you don't try ,you'll never know
Completely wrong info. CHC always accept additional docs unless any decision is made. Whichever docs applicants post go to his/her file straightaway and the docs are recorded in the CAIPS file too.
