I've been following your case since 1 yr now, I suppose. Remember, when I suggested u the first time to try Refugee Stream from ISAF-Kabul?
Brother, there's no way that we can succeed in FSW without scoring enough points. And, usually, anything lower than 6.5 in IELTS is trouble.
If u yet want to make it in FSW u have to sit for the IELTS again. Score better, take a course before taking the test. And once u have garnered the right score - apply for PR.
I'm aware of your constraints & the points that u can otherwise gather. U seem to have no way to fetch more points in any other criteria except the IELTS. So, plz have a look inside.
what i advice to do ? coz i recived 2nd aor and dead line finish and i have to send ielts ?
what best thing to do?

can i write letter attach with ielts that i know basic level in french
pls advice
Zak, by saying something or writing that you have basic knowledge of French won't make any difference as you won't get any points for that. You have to appear in same sort of test of French language as IELTS and have to provide that as proof. Unless you get 67 points, there is no way that you would qualify. Try and take some preparation classes for IELTS and reappear in IELTS.
