understanding GCMS notes

Proof of fund is satisfied/verified - is it mentioned anywhere in the gcms notes?

In my GCMS notes, it was written in Notes 1 & Notes 2 (in last few pages) that PA has sufficient funds to settle in cda.

HI,

I got my GCMS notes just in 15 days. In page 2 Assessment, information is as follows:

Eligibility: Passed
Security: ..........(blank)
HIRV:...............(blank)
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Org Crime:........(blank)
Final: Approved

Notes in the last pages: Everything is fine & met. Last time they(LVO) worked on it on the 19th Jan 2016. In MyCIC, BG Check in progress sine 22 Jan 2016. What do think about this notes?

Is there a difference between Eligibility saying "Met" or "Passed" ?

Might seem somewhat silly, but does it mean anything different for an FSW outland ?

Even if you "meet" the eligibility requirements, CIC will verify and then update status as "passed"

Which service you outland applicants are mostly using for this purpose? Your personal experiences so far and suggestions are welcome!

At least now I'm hoping my BOWP at least gets approved as my Open Work Permit expires on 26 June.
