Yes, it will give you a good idea of your application. Your most of the stuff would have been processed by this time except Security.

i also can see this in the in the last page of notes, and also with s.15(1) on the top:
OFFICER REVIEW*** EE eligibility : Passed . Based on documents submitted and assessment of Case analyst , I am reasonably satisfied that PA met the minimum requirements of CEC/FSW programs regulations.
the duties listed in the letter(s) of reference appears to be consistent with the actions in the lead statement. PA meets the definition of provincial nominee and selection under PN program. I am satisfied that PA meets A11.2 assessment. PA appears to have the ability to become economically established in the nominated province. i am satisfied that PA meets eligibility under EE-M1 PV2.

if security was completed on august, what are are they doing since then
"Security Screening" (in addition to the security checks AFAIK) is done for individuals who might be considered a risk (past/current military/government experience). This might be the reason why it takes a very long time for some people to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Looks like your screening/security might be underway (and a part of the checks might be completed).
Hi everyone,
I plan to apply for GCMS notes.
My application (Spousal; Outland) was received on Oct 17th, 2016 and I received the AOR1 on Nov 7th, and the AOR2 on November 22, 2016. I sent upfront medical exam results with my application. Do you think it is a good time to request for GCMS notes?
Also, under 'File Type: Immigration file:' section, do I select 'Permanent residence' or 'Family class Sponsorship'? What is the difference?
Thanks

Yes.
I have seen few cases where days before the mentioned due date they received ppr. while some take days after and others a month later. So it depends on what information they are waiting for before they proceed on your file. If this information comes before due date you will get ppr before mentioned due date.
Ok, thanks. My due date listed is nov 22 2017 which is exactly a year after AOR (nov 23). My notes indicate my criminality, upfront medical and eligibility passed, Security not started (i have heard they wont disclose security status). my upfront medical expiring july 20, i hope to get ppr before that.
