Finally got the passports with magic sticker. status still showing medicals received, I wonder why!!

My application was received at the CIO on 2012/03/30. But my status is still application received in the e-Case.
I sent a request to CIO on Nov 26th, 2012 and they replied on the same day.
Dear Madam / Sir,
Your application is in process in Ottawa. No further action is required by you at this time.
And I checked the Processing times for provincial nominee applications on CIC
It shows:
Ottawa (Case Processing Pilot) - Canada 13
It was 10 month when i sent out the application, and 11 month last Christmas... And now it's 13...
This is very frustrating to see the processing time for PNP applicants increasing so rapidly. from 10 months > 11 months and now 13 months.
What about the people who applied in after may 2012 they all are getting passport requests now and people like us who applied before them still have application received on their status. it is very unfair.
My Timeline :
Provincial Nomination Received : 13 March, 2012
Application for Permanant Residence Received at CIO,Nova Scotia : 10 April, 2012
AOR and Medical request : 16 May, 2012 , Medicals Done: 25 May, 2012
Status updated to Medical received : 22 June, 2012
After that it has just been the same for 7 months now.

One of my friend got passport request from Ottawa so do u know we can go directly to Ottawa office to get it stamped? Because he has some emergency. He applied in feb 2012

Finally i found someone with same timeline as mine,,,,my application was also received on april 10th, 2012 and my medicals was done on may 25th..am also under pnp and applied to novascotia,,,,still waiting for PPR

Just want to ask u few questions,, First of all,,,R u sure that ur friend applied to nova scotia and under pnp category bcas there are few guys who applied in jan 2012 and they are stil waiting,,,Btw, u have to take an appointment with cic office to get passport stamped,,ususally it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get an appointment..
I live in Ottawa and applied through PNP. My Application was sent to CPP last year March 2012. It shows April 18 as Application received. I did medical in May as soon as I got request. Now its around 10 months and it does not shows any update on ecas
