One quick way to update the address is through ECAS. Login to ECAS with your parents information like if your dad is a primary applicant, enter his details. File number, you dad's last name, country of birth, birth date. It will show the sponsored person's information. Update the address online. It will be effective within 5 business days.
When you have a foreign address on e-cas then you can't change it on e-cas. You can only change canadian address on e-cas.
The person has to contact cic to change the address. That's what the person's original question is all about asking how?
When my parents logged on to e-cas, they get the following message "To change this mailing address, contact us. " "contact us" is hyperlinked to a webpage: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/index.asp
How to submit the proof of payment (landing fee), as I provided credit card information with application form and never received any receipt from CIC. So please let me know how to go about it?
Below is the extract from the request mail from New Delhi Immigration
Payment of your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga by your sponsor in Canada. If already paid, please e-mail a scan of the payment receipt to CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca. Please attach a copy of the receipt with your forms to our office. If we do not receive a copy of the receipt, we will consider it as unpaid. For more information, your sponsor should consult the following: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

When I applied for immigration to Canada, I have submitted original PCC and few affidavits in original and these were returned to me after processing of my application.
Yeah... mine is FedEX 11:50, AOR on Feb 1 and requested for option-C on May 13 but no SA yet
When I linked my application with myCIC account it says that "reviewing Eligibility" has not started yet
My parents have two dependent child I though that might be the reason for taking longer
