Tips for 2016 (Future) PGP Applicants

If the doctor doesn't say anything, it should be fine. My dad had to do the 3rd medical exam. We were asked to resubmit Schedule A. Now waiting game again

So i got a response from cic on my inquiry about where is the medical exam results and they replied saying we confirm that it has been received and file has been with Ottawa and not in NDVO. Now i got an email from Ottawa also on cic account requesting few more things which includes proof of medical exam completed lol I mean yesterday only they said they confirm they have it and now again requesting the proof (what a joke ircc is)
so they requested:
1. police certificate
2. dad's death certificate (which was provided back in 2016)
3. Medical exam (either complete one or send proof)
4. Travel history IMM5562

Does any one here have any experience with this form IMM5562? Applicant history i understand but do we need to fill children history as well?? one of them is sponsor and others are not accompanying the applicant or dependent on applicant.

For the 3rd medical request, it would be July 25. It was about the lung.

So, I guess there are few of us from 2016 who are still waiting for final approval & status waiting to be changed to "Decision Made". I submitted Medical, PCC, RCMP, Landing Fees in May 2018. For some reason they never received it so they sent me final notice email. We submitted it all again in end of August. No response yet. I opened ATIP again to see where the file is and if they changed the status to medical received. Waiting for the ATIP resport eagerly.

I checked E-case just now. It says "In Process". It has been saying "In Process" since I can remember. Before and after 3 medicals were done.

ATIP is useless, you can see if you passed IME on MY CIC account

And what is the ATIP report?

Initially they sent it to Ottawa. Once the ATIP report comes, I will have a clear idea on visa office.

ATIP is actually GCMS notes.

Hi Yulia, as I understand upfront medical is you go to the doctor without request from VO so that you do not bring any medical form to the doctor. The doctor will have the upfront medical form at their office. In the 2017 thread, you mentioned that your parents did get request from VO.
So when your parents initially did their 1st me and when they redid it for the 2nd time, did they bring any medical form from VO to the doctor? If not, when they fill in the upfront medical form at the doctor's office, what IME and medical type did doctor use ?

NOPE, upfront - when you need to do add.tests like cardiology and etc
After regular IME IRcc sent a request and separate forms to doctor with new IME#

Any one applied in Jan 2016 and now it processing through AMMAN Visa office ?

My time is the following , but I need to know the status of others who applied in JAN 2016 through Amman-Jordan Visa Office

App received : JAN 4th 2016 (Mom &Dad)
Met the requirement for sponsoring (1 stage approval): JUNE 30 2016
File forwarded to Bucharest for further processing then transferred to AMMAN later
until now nothing has changed.

ATIP is actually GCMS notes.

Unless you have heard anything further on file transfer to a different visa office, your file must still be at Ottawa.
They always let you know if a file transfer happens to another office.
