CIC open at 8am? It seems some couriers in line very earlier. why ups out for delivery at 7:15am and delivered at 7:36am? I am confused...

Mine was delivered at 10.08am but that was through Purolator's Same Day service not the 9/10:30 service.

I was the one who added that extra page of charts last year. If not anything else, I must have increased Purolator's sales this year
I used CanadaPost last year. Application sent from Thunder Bay.
This year my good friend used Purolator's most strategic location in Mississauga.

Our driver has over 700 pieces to be delivered to this site this morning. The driver has to wait in a line up and wait for each package on hand to be signed for. Then, the proof of deliveries will be downloaded. I do apologize; I can only ask that you please continue to monitor the website for further updates on this proof of delivery request.

Okay.. Same here I will open my own courier company for application only.. lol.. or who ever pays me $5000 for 8:20AM delivery.. lol

And how are they going to choose 5000 applications then?? Imagine they got 10000 applications all dated the same day and all apps are without time stamp.
